Provides a list of all words linked in the current linkset. Double-clicking a word will take you to a list of file(s) where that word was linked.
There are no links to remove.
Used to remove a link. It is not necessary to remove a link to change it to something different.
A window must be open. Links cannot be added FROM sound or movie files: only from text to graphics. (Naturally, you can add links TO sound & movies.)
Used to add a link from a highlighted word to another file. You may select this either before or after selecting the word. For graphics, it must be selected first. Hold down the Option key to link within the current document.
Checked means that you are currently showing links.
Either there are no links in this document, or no window is open.
Displays linked words in text, according to preferences settings, and expanded/context mode. Displays "hot" rectangles in graphics. (Press spacebar or click the mouse to remove the rectangles.) Links do NOT need to be displayed in order to work.
The checkmark indicates that the entire word list from the whole linkset is active in this document. Unchecked means that only words specifically linked in this document are active.
A text window must be opened and frontmost for this to be active.
